Bruin Indoor Gets Some TLC

The Cedaredge Indoor Baseball Facility gets some TLC. The outside of the building was painted by the Delta Schools Maintenance workers, specifically, Mr. Turf! He spent several days, prepping, masking, and painting our indoor facility. The Indoor building received a new coat of gray paint that brought a rundown building to life! The make-over was well received and much appreciated by the Bruin Baseball program! The Bruin Baseball players of all ages saw the newly painted building, and were determined to make the most of their talents by vowing to take advantage of the indoor. Hard Work Pays Off is the lesson being learned by all of our current and future high school players. The high school players took it a step further, and all helped paint the huge "CB" logo and helped Coach Montoya place the "Working Line" and baseball logo's on the building. Taking a page from Jim Schlossnagle, Head Coach TCU, Coach Montoya has tried to "eliminate excuses" by providing everything necessary to be successful. Coach Montoya said, "A new clubhouse, Indoor, uniforms, and leadership won't be enough to win ball games. All those things just eliminate the list of excuses we can use to justify why we don't get there. Hard work, a team first attitude, selflessness, and love will get us where we want to go. We have NO ONE ELSE to blame, if we fall short of our goals."
